Nippon Cargo Airlines is a mixed use commercial office/warehouse facility located in the service area of JFK International Airport, New York City. This facility features a combination of sleek, strong, highly insulated architectural metal wall panels with integral pre-tested strip windows at the front commercial office area, and functional, economical, yet attractive field assembled metal wall panels at the rear cargo area.

The facility was built during the winter of 1994-1995 and is a good example of Jordan's ability to man a large project in the field with their own direct labor forces during extremely adverse winter weather conditions, juggling structural stud support systems, commercial and industrial metal wall panel systems, as well as commercial and industrial window systems, and glazed curtain wall systems.

Jordan was responsible for the entire exterior building envelope, encompasing all project aspects, ranging from architectural design assistance, product and color selection assistance, engineering, and construction.
